@tayharris Did you change anything about that lot or is it original ?
Could you follow the steps here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Issues/MASTER-THREAD-Crashing-and-Endless-Loading/m-p/13328880 under Game crashes/endlessly loads reproducible when loading a certain household/lot to find out if it's the lot or the family that causes issues.
