Re: Cotton living is not available in mainland China on steam

I'm not the only one. No one on our country's social networking sites sees it in the store. So I don't think it's my personal problem

I have suffered from the same problem as well. I could not purchase Cotton Living at Steam China. At first we though it might be a temporary situation but the problem still exist.

We have posted several topics in China mainland sims communities about the unavailable issue of Cotton Living at Steam. There is not successful purchase had been achieved.

As you can see below, the community contains with eight hundred thousand registers so the unavailable of Cotton living at Steam China is not an accidental event.

Here are our questions and hope you could answer kindly.

1.Does EA cause the unavailable situation on purpose？

2.When could we buy Cotton Living at steam(China mainland store)?

3.What cause this unavailable case happened?

I had tried every step of Steam Client Troubleshooting including reinstall Steam, turn off all anti-Virus software and else, and is not helpful😢
