Re: Game won't load household after new update

@crinrict Hi Crinrict, thank you for getting back to me. the game closes completely after showing the loading screen for 2 seconds after I press play.
The lot is in cottage living, and it using Simple living but is not using off the grid.

@parispicard16 Is this the only lot you have issues with ?

@crinrict I can't go into any other lots, when I press play, it just crashes.. Now, I did try starting a new save, and it loaded so you think its related to this lot?

@parispicard16 Do you still have issues after yesterday's patch ?

@crinrict Thanks for asking, I pressed play and tried to load the same household but instead of not playing, it just had the loading screen for 45 minutes.. And wouldn't show the household so I had to force quit. Any ideas?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
