@Revertica It won't. English is the only language that has gender AND biology. Other languages have one or the other, but never both. Example, Finnish. Gender identity and gender roles do not and have never existed in Finland. It has always been a completely equal country. Therefore, there has never been a need to create gendered pronouns at all. The only pronoun that exists is "Han" (but with 2 dots over the A, which my keyboard cannot do lol), which is basically "They" in English. So, there'd be absolutely no way to ever translate these changes in Sims to Finnish, and other language translations would still be very difficult too.

English is the only language where this is possible. You could get away with this using some Asian languages, but even then that'd still be difficult.
