Re: Growing Together - Preorder bonus issues

If that's the case - it's silly, but it's fine. Why not inform players about this though? Do they enjoy having support lines full of complains? They should just put out the information in small letters on the banner informing about the bonus. Or if they didn't know about the issue before, post on twitter about when we will receive PROMISED content.

Well, if it's the case that we receive it after the 27th, ill hope they deliver then. 
Was very much looking for to it to playing with it, to see how or what kind of interactions, it gives your Sims. Now I have to wait, to see.

The preorder content is already available and should be accessible in-game as soon as you download Growing Together. Where did you purchase your copy of Growing Together from? 

I got my copy from Amazon as a gift and it says i have the outdoor playtime pack but when i open the game i dont have the content 

I bought my code on the German Amazon site where the early buyer promo action is officially advertised:

I got just one code (for the EP itself) which fortunately worked fine. But I don't see the bonus items in my game and also not as a separate pack in my library.

I contacted the Amazon support yesterday, they promised to look into the issue but haven't responded yet.

The EA customer service told me to be patient, "thousands" of players had this problem and it would be solved for everyone.

The problem is: I'm always directed to the German help desks who chat in auto-translated German and I have the suspicion that nobody understood my questions.

G2A, website, and had never before trouble with content buying from there... 
And now, I miss 3 Items, the Promised Items. 

It's not in my Game... 
And that makes me Sad...

I've put a post on Twitter maybe that will get more help, as I can't get a reply from EA support and now the site isn't functioning properly.

that doesn’t make sense. i have the option to buy the pack in my sims 4 game but when i got them off amazon before i’ve never had this problem..

For purchases from third-party retailers, if you've not received the preorder content, you'll need to contact the retailer directly. Please see the accepted solution on the first page here for more information on these preorder codes.

So i'm having the same issue (pre-ordered from CDKeys) bonus content not showing in game or in EA App libary. Now i've checked the list and can't see CDKeys in the authorised seller list. So does that mean if this retailer doesnt help there is basically little I can do? 

So, do I have to contact G2A? And not Sims self, cause it's their product...

And where do I can find that list with who got to give away those items and not, cause have never had this before with extra content in it if you bought it at forehand... 
As far as I read is that they are busy with it, and a lot of Simmers, have this issue... 
That they miss just the 3 promised items. 

Yes have read on the EA site the restrictions of it, doesn't stand that they aren't in the pack if you buy it from other parties nor that you have to buy it specifically in their store... 
I just saying that they just forget to add it in the pre-ordered packs...
And now shove it off to others... That's how it comes over for me... With, the answer I got, here... 

Just confirming I heard back from CDKeys and they supplied an additional code for the bonus content. Advise anyone else having these issues to do the same as managers have suggested 🙂

@EA_Solaire I bought my code online, if this is the case why was I told by the support team it would be issued to everyone March 27th? I even have screenshots from the conversation. Confusing that different people are saying different things.

Apologies for the confusion on that- the preorder content is available now. Where did you preorder from?

@mkelsall012 I had this issue so contacted CDKeys and they told me that it wasn't in the product description so I should have read there first... which I don't understand because their product edition lists you get the preorder bonuses?? 

They told me the same thing, and there is something about the bonus content mentioned in the description of the store in my language (Portuguese).

Just don't understand why they're helping some people and not others.. If I'd known I'd have not bothered buying it from them. 

This is the last time I will be buying something from them. Something they were supposed to send by default giving me all that headache.

I got my copy of GT on ps4, this same problem happened to me with high school years too. 

It’s so crazy, considering half of the builds I am finding on the gallery have the bonus content already in it T-T
