To delete your saves, you can go to Load Game at the start menu and delete the saves from there. Also, you can go to Documents> Electronic Arts> The Sims 4> saves, and just delete the files of the save you want. If you want to get rid of everything, including the mods and any sims and lots you've created, then you can just pull your The Sims 4 folder out of the Electronic Arts folder. When you start the game up again it will create a new The Sims 4 folder.
