Re: Life & Death Gallery Empty Tabs

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with the Gallery where the navigation tabs (like "My Library", "Gallery", "Profile") aren't showing up at all. I've attached a photo to show exactly what it looks like.

Removed the Mods folder completly
Repaired the game through EA App
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
Cleared the cache
Confirmed everything is fully up to date

Despite all of that, the issue still persists. Has anyone else encountered this or know what might be causing it? Any help would be appreciated!

Try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.

This is how it looks if you don't have the option Online Social Features active

Got to your game options and make sure it's ticked

Hi,
I tried resetting the game factory settings and it seems like my options was indeed the issue. I've put all the other files and folder and everything seems to work now!
Thank you so much I don't know why this issue suddenly happened but i'm glad it's fixed.
