To put a sim in labour, do "sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_InLabor"
To set it to trimester 3, do "sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_trimester3"
To set it to trimester 2, do "sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_trimester2"
To set it to trimester 1, do "sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_timester1"
