Yeah, my married lesbian Sims--set as lesbian in CAS--with 100% romance keep rolling that they want to flirt with men. Ew, no.

I feel like the wants to flirt should take sexual orientation into account, especially since if you don't let them they throw obnoxious tantrums develop a fear of unfulfilled dreams (unless, like me, you mod it out because I'm not here for my Sims having obnoxious tantrums). They should also consider how strong their reliationship is. Marriage on the rocks, yes, soulmates, no.
