Re: Question about dead sims being culled
@Yoglooney I often free up space in My Households by moving Sims into Other Households. I regularly cull townies that are randomly generated and keep tabs on ones I've created or want to keep. So I end up with a group of favourites at the top of the list in Other Households. Every Sunday when I'm playing, I take a look through Other Households to do this kind of routine maintenance. I've not lost anyone from Other Households so far. Some are housed and some are not.
I haven't tried this with ghosts as I don't have deaths in my game unless accidental and I bring them back if that happens.
I find that doing the culling myself has ensured I've not lost a favourite. But I play on console with Neighborhood Stories off so this may be different for PC players or with NS enabled. It's quite a while since I played on PC but I remember I used to lose Sims on Sims 3 on PC it used to really bug me.
For a spooky idea though, you could add them to a Household together like a spooky church and graveyard... and I've just scared myself silly thinking about it!
