Well I have a problem with Rebirth myself. They do get a rebirth but when you put them in a family as an infant they will be a toddler but they won't go to the child phase! They grow up as a teen aft...

@monique23051 Split your post as it doesn't' sound like the same issue.
To be sure, you placed them into a family as an infant but then it was a toddler when placed and then automatically aged twice or did you play them as toddler and when aging up they aged twice ?
There is a known issue with aging multiple times that has nothing to do with rebirth.
