@brutallymle, if you have the Parenthood GP then there is similar gameplay. 🙂 But instead of it being based on fulfilling whims, it is based on other gameplay mechanics like not making messes or whether they throw a temper tantrum or not.  You can also teach them manners one-on-one. 😇 I realize you might have wanted more immediate results, but these aspects can be learned while being a toddler, a child, or a teen (by doing various things or avoiding doing various things , depending on age).  I don't think they would add something similar when they already have that type of gameplay in Parenthood. 😉
