Need Guidance
I seem to have forgotten how to install Sims 4. Something doesn't look right, and I'm unsure where I went wrong—missing the Mods folder and everything else. I backed up everything, thank goodness.

You're looking in the wrong place. The mods folder is in your user folder under Documents/ElectronicArts/The Sims 4, normally on drive C:. You have to start the game once to create it
