It isn't i have the same problem and looked up all kinds of reasons that they could not woohoo or try for a baby but they are all irelevant, i can click the buton on a bed, but they just chat instead...

also, this is years old by now, isn't this an important feature? the point of the game is to have a family, isn't it? how come this isn't fixed yet? i think i just lost fate that this will be fixed soon.

unfortunately there are many bugs that were around for YEARS and still not fixed (or, only recently fixed)... ☹️ but I've never encountered this specific issue. Maybe any mods causing any issue? What about public woohoo (bush for example) is it possible?
