Re: [WORKAROUND] Post Processing effects in-game and depth of field opinion

Seeing @kreatora post, having the same GPU as he has I got curious.

So I tested a bit myself.
(i7 6700k, Asus Strix RTX 2070 Super OC, ASUS Z170-A)

After some testing with driver settings I found that the in game post-processing made the difference.

Whit post-processing:

Whit out post-processing:

While I am sure that the post-processing should give a depth of field effect, it blurs the background way to much. It is also visible on objects nearby, rendering them very diffuse.
I can of course not say it this effects all GPUs and all drivers, but @puzzlezaddict did some testing on AMD cards as well.

As @holger1405 mentioned, I *borrowed* a Bootcamped iMac to test.  Specs:

    iMac 18,3 (27", 2017)

    i5-7600K

    Radeon Pro 580 8 GB

    macOS Mojave 10.14.6

Windows 10 build 1809; Apple Bootcamp driver from December

    Windows, with post processing on:

    Windows, post procesing off:

    macOS, post processing on:

    macOS, post processing off:

All were taken in new saves in clean folders in windowed mode at the same resolution.

The effect was less obvious in other worlds but still clearly present in Del Sol Valley and Strangerville.  It was less visible in Sulani, although that might have had something to do with the weather.
