Rent is 0 simoleons

Question

After I installed For Rent, whenever my sims live in an apartment the rent is $0. I've now played 4 weeks in game and when the bill arrives it is still $0, I only need to pay for utilities.This bug is across all worlds too and rent is till 0 no matter what I do. Tried repairing, removing all mods deleting and reinstalling and STILL $0 RENT

Leasha07&nbsp;I don't know if it will work, but I had the same problem with city living a long time ago. I did split household, and the problem was solved.
