Reported Gallery Comment Still Visible to Others – Cannot Delete

Hi, I’m having an issue with a reported comment on my Sims 4 Gallery page.

I reported an offensive comment made on my gallery page. It disappeared from my view, but it is still visible to others, and I have no way to delete it. I’ve tried toggling the “Show/Hide Reported Comments” feature on/off, but nothing changes. The comment is still stuck on my page, and since I’m the creator, I should be able to remove it – but I can’t see it anymore.

This seems like a bug or moderation issue. Please help me get this resolved or escalate it to someone who can remove the comment from public view.

I contacted EA support and was advised to post about this on the forums so the Community Manager can see it.
