Yep I placed it on a rental unit lot type by buying an empty lot, I've tested it without any mods (which is just cc anyway) and it still does the same thing
@maeve3107 Does it happen with any lot or specific ones ?
Works fine on my side but there have been issues with lot types
have you tested a fresh user folder yet ?
