Scenarios

Where can I see which scenarios I have played already?

I recently started playing Sims4 again with a new pack and now I can't remember which scenario I already played.

So I just started one that seemed new. But after I finished it, there is no visible sign, that I did finish it...

Is there a way to be reminded which one and which ending I already got?

    I don't think the game has any built-in method for tracking which scenarios and endings you've completed. I rename my saves to help me keep track of things like that. For example, I have New In Town (Talk of the Town), ET Researcher (11 Days), and No Skills as three of my saves right now. The first two are finished and the third is in progress.
