My sim is floating between the first and second floors of my home. He stuck and I tried to give him a ladder but he still can't reach it. Idk what to do for him. I've tried reloading the game without saving but it didn't solve the issue.
Zemille What rosemow said is one way to get the sim out.
Btw, how sims end up in places like that is because the sim was on the stairs at the time you left the lot like going to CAS directly or saving and quitting and reloading the lot.
The other way to fix it without leaving the lot, is to turn on testingcheats, then with the sim selected and active, pick a clear spot on the floor nearby and shift-click to open the cheat menu. Select the Teleport Here option.

Try having your sim travel to another lot, then back home again and see if that helps.
