Sim keeps getting kicked out of his house
so i have this one sim i play. for some reason he keeps getting "kicked out" from his house. Like i move him into a house, close the game and the next time that i open the sims 4 he is listed as not ...

Try adding another sim to his household, and then move the household into a home, and play the household for a little while. Save the game. Then come out of the game. Go back into the game and see if he is still in the home. If he is, then you can move the other sim that you created to have with him to another household or their own household. Then test to see if your sim still remains in the game when you next load the game.
