My sim gave birth in the hospital (Get to Work) and her pregnancy belly reappeared when back at home. She is not glitched to actually still pregnant, just still has the belly. Only Mod installed is MC Command Centre and some Build Buy CC. So far nothing has worked to reset her.

There was the opposite also reported here: no pregnant belly | EA Forums - 12031827 Possibly something wrong.
Hi, travelling did not make any difference, but entering CAS did get rid of it. The same sim is actually pregnant again now, so I will update if the issue occurs again and troubleshoot accordingly.
Please test your issue on a vanilla game
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
