Sim stuck where he's NOT supposed to be...

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea!
What happens when the bug occurs? Launched my game in progress to find one of my Sims inside the ROOF area of the home, which has NO access for Sims to get onto or off of. (In other words, an inaccessible area.)
What do you expect to see? My Sims where I last left them upon Saving and Exiting the game, and NOT somewhere they shouldn't be able to get to and I can't get them down from.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
All is explained above. My Sim randomly appeared in an inaccessible area of the home, instead of being where I left him when I last saved.
