Sima 4 games crashes unexpectedly

Hello , first i wan to say thank you to the people that helped me on my first question.   :D

Second, the Sims 4 is the most weird game ever, in the sense that, things just keep happening, one after the other.

Now i was trying to download Gshade (Did it) but the game keeps shooting down, i can't even get to the menu page. Is very frustrating because after that the EA app opens like nothing happened. 

I have tried everything!!!!

Repairing the EA app, clearing the cache, updating etc.... 

Even tried it with the Sims too i tried all. Nothing.

HELP ☹️ 

PS : I'm on Windows
