Autonomy issue with only a specific Sim

So basically in this household of 6 people, only the wife is experiencing autonomy issues. She'll stop cooking or bathing midway to do NAP-oriented activities like Practice Programming or Play Guitar. Problem is, NONE of the NAP are active and I've instantly repealed every single one of them. Nobody else in the household is experiencing that. Please help?
