Simology panel always glowing

In my Legacy save the Simology panel is always glowing. It is only in that single save. All others are normal and goes away when I have checked them. The issus with this save is that when I check th...

So I tried everything except double loading as I don't understand what you meen by that?

I still have the same visual error though. Is it a lost cause and something I just have to live with if I want to keep this Legacy save?
