Sims - Get Famous pack purchased but no available to download
Just bought this pack and transaction went smoothly. It's not downloading or available to download. It just says it's unlocked.

I recently preordered the sims 4 get famous I cant download it, what is the actual release date? it shows the 15th and 16th? it shows I have the content but I don't, I looked under my orders it shows its processing? I don't understand why its not working please help me or give my money back. I've preordered it twice. is it a scam????? ☹️
I've pre-ordered it as well. As long as it's showing in your orders, it's unlikely it's a scam.. It is irritating that it shows two different release dates though.. Wish Origin would give us a specific time and/or date we can expect it to be available for download.
Mine is similar. I know my order has completed as I got an email to confirm it and had the money taken. And on the Origin app it says iI have "unlocked" the game, but wont let me download. The release date on mine says 15th, so surely it should be available by now. Ive not seen the date as 16th yet though.
Same. I am an adult capable of waiting an extra day but the point is I looked at my bank account, it's been processed, my game states I already own the content & that it's available for download 11/15/18. So I'm chiming in to reiterate it's the principle of doing good business.
Well, it is being released on the 15th but when differs depending on what time Zone. 😉 But EA has been doing this for a long time, yet it seems that there is more confusion this time around. 🤔 I remember this with TS2 and TS3 as well. 😕
The Sims Community site has a countdown. The New York time zone has an hour and a few minutes left! 🥳

having a look at this link, it appears its based on time zone as to when it gets released. so a bit of false advertising thre really i think. oh well.
