Sims - Get Famous pack purchased but no available to download
Just bought this pack and transaction went smoothly. It's not downloading or available to download. It just says it's unlocked.

Do you have any security software running that might be blocking the connection? Could you test and see if that is the case by disabling it just to test?
Nope I dont have any security software and its been 3 days since it came out and it wont work
