Won't stop loading.

My sims starts by loading normally, then when i go to load into the household. It plays the noise when its supposed to stop/finish loading but carries on loading and never stops. Its normal when loading sims and the game/load and only happens when loading the household. This issue has only started after the most recent update. I have deleted and disabled all my mods but nothing has changed.
