Sims allowed me to purchase a dlc in a bundle that I already owned can I get a refund?
@Smiller765 You should be able to get a refund, but you'll need to contact EA customer support to request it. (Sims 4 DLC isn't eligible for automatic refunds.) When you contact support, explain the double purchase, and the support rep should be able to help you. If not, try again later with a different rep.

But HOW can I contact them? I can't find a viable link or email with which to request the refund. I just accidentally purchased something thinking the new pack was out (doh!).
