Sims 4 breaking when I reach Winter

My save file no longer loads once the season reaches winter. The game just gets stuck on the loading screen. I have tried unistalling and re-installing the game, repairing the game, and starting a new save file. I have no mods. This is soooo frustrating!!!!!!!
