Sims 4 event rewards disappeared

puzzlezaddict This just happened to me after the last update (6/17, 2.13 for console). The scarf is gone. I'm on PS5.

I've somehow lost my rewards from the Blast From the Past event - I got a notification when I loaded my save telling me the items were removed because my account doesn't own them.

I was looking for my single bar I got from a previous event but it is missing. then I realized im missing all my items I got from the reaper event 2024. i forget which event i got the single bar from and i forgot what else i got from that event. how could I get my items back? 

The bar is called the “Compact bar”  and came with the Happy Home log in event. Try checking to see if you have this bar.

You can also use the filter in build and Cas mode to show the event items.
You also need to be logged into the same account that you did the event on.

Hello, all the items from the reaper event have disappeared from my house and from construction mode. When I go to look for the items in the gallery, they automatically disappear once placed. Has anyone else noticed this disappearance or is it from my game? / Bonjour, tous les objets de l'événement Faucheur ont disparu de ma maison et du mode construction. Lorsque je cherche les objets dans la galerie, ils disparaissent automatiquement une fois placés. Quelqu'un d'autre a-t-il remarqué cette disparition ou est-ce dû à mon jeu ?

Hi, I've been searching for the Surprise Birthday Cake and The ElectroDance Floor items from the Blast to the Past event but can't locate them anywhere. I earned them as I completed the full event back when it was on, and I definitely claimed them at the time. 

I've searched build mode, live mode and my sims's household inventory but they're not there. I have all of the other items from the event, including the milk cartons so this is really strange. I thought it might just be not looking in the right place but after searching for ages yesterday, I don't think that's the case. 

I just really want those two items, especially considering I worked for them! I'm playing on Mac, if that's necessary, and I've included screenshots of the event items that I have in build mode.

I am sorry that you are having this issue. I just checked in my game and they do appear when filtered by the Event Rewards filter, as well as when I type their name into the search bar. Do you remember if you have used them in any builds since the event was on? 

Thanks rosemow​. No I haven't ever been able to locate the cake, so I haven't used it in a build since the event. I have used other items from the event in builds with no issues, the inflatable sofa and chair for example, I've used in every build since the event was on! 

Guess I could post my question here as it's somewhat on the same topic. I'm missing one of the wreaths from the Cozy Celebrations event. It's a shame since you know, it's a collectable, and now I won't have that collection completed. Are they just putting their head in the sand on this particular issue? Is there any other way we could report this?
