My Sims 4 game is glitching and I'm not sure what to do. I'm not sure if it is my computer causing this problem or my game but the starting screen and home screen glitch out every time i open the game. I could not take a screenshot so I had to take a picture of it with my phone so sorry for the bad quality but i linked a photo of what the glitch looks like.

Those are some very strange images. To start the investigation please confirm if you are on Mac or PC.
Do you have any type of mods or cc (custom content) in your game.
I am on PC. I haven't really played sims in a while and i only just downloaded some cc. I'm not really sure how to properly delete it because i did think that was maybe the problem at first so tried deleting it but there is still the same glitch.
It is always a good idea to eliminate the possibility of mods/cc causing issues with the game.
To fully test please do the following:
Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
Move The Sims 4 folder to your desktop.
Run Repair from Origin by right clicking on the game in the Origin launcher and choose the repair option.
Start the game without adding anything back as a test.
The game will automatically create fresh versions of all the folders/files.
If the game works correctly you will need to test your mods /custom content (CC) to see which they are causing the problem.
Using the 50/50 method is suggested to speed up the process.
Note:
It is important to remove (not disable) mods / cc and the localthumbcache.package needs to be deleted.
