I wanted to buy the Sims 4 Horse Ranch pack while there was a promotion but the price is not the same as what is shown. It is supposed to be at 19.99€ (until 26 september) but if I try to purchase it...

@Elie_150785 If you've already paid, it's worth asking EA customer support for a partial refund, given that you did see the lower price. Let me know how it goes.
@puzzlezaddict Well the thing is that I saw the promotion on saturday (so the 20th) and checked everything thoroughly (when the promo was ending and all) and, as I wasn't in a situation where I could buy it right away, I was planning to buy it as soon as I could (so on monday, the 23rd). And that's when I really didn't understand cause the price changed even though it was written *until september 26th*.
But yeah I wanted to buy it at 19.99€, not 24.79€...
So I guess I will have to wait for the next promotion as no one in the commercial team of EA reacts and I cannot find an e-mail adress for the service. (I tried to get some help with the chat but my interlocutor told me he couldn't do anything and only they could)
