Sims 4 Lot Traits for Dress Code

QUESTION: I am aware that the things I am mentioning may be a lost cause as I am not sure if any other players think about these things. So, I'd like to know if there is a XML script I can use to change my already custom dress code lot trait to apply to Everyday outfit #2 instead of just always defaulting to Everyday outfit #1? 

What I am Ultimately Seeking for Lot and Personality Trait Ideas:

I would very much like there to be a set of lot traits that dictates specific dress codes for the lots. For example, when a sim goes home they will have to adhere to a lot trait that dictates they must where their Everyday outfit #2 and when they are going outside they should adhere to Everyday outfit #1. There could also be a secondary lot trait that when sims are on a particular lot they are required to wear slippers or at least no shoes while indoors. The same should apply to the other outfit categories as well.
