Sims 4 parenthood issue/release - NOW AVAILBLE

Since it's a game pack, it should be release on Tuesday around 7 PM CET for everyone.

I bought Sims 4 Parenthood pack early from <site link removed> and the game says I have it but it wont download. Whats going on??? (Its 7:11 A.M. in USA)

@katie12399love sorry, but this is a question to be adressed to that store. That store is part of the so-called grey market and EA doesn't have any direct contact with them (or otherwise). 

You always take a risk buying from an unauthorized reseller, as the key might come from a stolen lot, bought with stolen credit cards and other shady operations.

Any other should be either avoided or checked really well in advance. I can add quite a few sites to avoid, but i don't feel to make free publicity to those shady sites (just mentioning them it could generate enough publicity and they don't deserve that)

Best way to avoid scams is to buy directly from the Origin store. Support will help you if something goes wrong with the purchase. But if you buy from an unauthorized reseller, EA support can't help. Any problem will have to be adressed by that store.

To jump in with the information I have, you appear to have the expansion in question. In this case it looks like you should be able to see and download the pack in approximately 4 hours.

I bought the Parenthood Game Pack via Game.co.uk, received the download code, and proceeded to redeem it on Origin. The game pack now shows in Origin underneath my base game, but it's status reads 'unlocked'. It does not show up in my download queue, yet when I load my Sims 4 game, it shows in the menu screen; it just states that I need to download the game to use it. Going back to Origin, there is no download option available to me. I did try Repairing the game, after which a download button appeared, but the download failed after 1 second. I've tried restarting both my laptop and Origin, uninstalling and reinstalling Origin, repairing the game; everything!

The only thing that I can think of is that the game is not yet available to download, as it isn't shown in the store section of Origin. However, I bought the game pack on the release date, and I've waited over 12 hours with no result. I'm in the UK, so the time is currently 2:17pm. 

Please help!

Release should be 10 am PDT, 6 pm BST, 7 PM CET

When will it come out for east coast release time

Should be 1 pm EST if my calculations are correct.
