When I try to load a saved game from a few days ago the family is completely missing. I click on load game, which takes me to the manage worlds tab. Then when I click on the world they should be in they are completely missing. The family is no longer on the family tree or anywhere in the game. How do I fix this issue and get my last save family back? I recovered a previous save of the family but there are so many differences between the two saves. Please help!
That one family is missing and the other stuff appears to be the same. I often go in between manage worlds playing different families in one game and saving in each of those households. Is that why happened? I was able to recover an old save but it didn’t have any of the changes with any of the families.
I was able to recover a save from a day ago. I played with multiple families saving in each household. I don't understand the saves thing much. I loaded sims tonight, the same issue. Clicked play on that particular save took me to the last city I played in, San Muyshino, but the family that disappeared was in Brindelton Bay.
@LovleyJay Sounds like there's some bug with the family which the game can't handle.
Did you get any lastException files in your document folder ?
