Hi all, recently installed the EA platform and all of my Sims 4 packs/game to a new laptop (Windows), and day 1 was working fine, but now it wont let me play? I can get to the home screen and click "resume" or "load game" but then it is just the endless plumbob loading screen.
I do not own or use any mods or cc. And have repaired the game twice through the EA app.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

I am having the same issue. I just paid for another year with EA and can't play. I have done the repair through the app, deleted the EA app., and did a reinstall. I sent in a report and have heard nothing.
It looks like I have a few Last Exception files. Would you like me to post mine since we are having the same issue?
