Map won't load in

So I've been trying to play with my sims and the map that they are on, but for some reason when i press play to actually play on that map that my sims are on, it doesn't load in. It keeps loading me out of the map and into the worlds selection, so I can't do anything. I can go into the build mode, but I can't actually play with my sims. I've tried repairing the game, resetting my laptop, exiting out of everything then going back into the game, relaunching the game, but nothing is working and it just keeps showing "Error Code and relaunch the game". This has been happening for 3 days now and I would just like to play my game.
