Sims cannot enter lot

I created a lot with 8 Sims each having their own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom (a 5 hour build). None can enter the house and I cannot see into the house. I currently play on Xbox One...

You do not have a landing in front of the door. This is required. The stairs can not go directly to the doors.

Hello,

Thank you for trying to help me, its very much appreciated. I added it to the Gallery. It's under DiamomdKutz92 and I haven't given it a creative name yet due to my frustration and me giving up on the lot. Its named Bargain Bend and has 8 rooms and 8 bathrooms.

If you find anything wonky please let me know and I can fix them

By landing, do you meanspace between the doors and the stairs?
I'm really new to building intricate lots and I'm a little lost with the terminologies.
I'm working at the moment and I'll give this suggestion a try at 3:30 CST and follow up with you.

  Actually it worked for a second then went back to no access for anyone.

    @cno0 It still failed even with the porch? That's odd.
    
    Try clearing the game's cache files. Maybe try changing the door to a different one.
