Sims cannot upload videos from video station

So I have 2 famous sims who both use the video station. Recently I am unable to upload any videos I made from my video station. All I can do is just rename them. I tried everything from removing my mods to also moving the entire household. I also notice this is only happening to one of my families (i only have 3 sim families in total. Different saved games) 

😭😭 I'm losing hope that this can be fix so if there anything else I can do please let me know🙏🏽🙏🏽
