Sims can't attend university classes at all!

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.345.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Star Wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Can't attend university classes and have tried both the sims and the career tab
What happens when the bug occurs? They can't attend class and fail those courses
What do you expect to see? This fixed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I'd like to be able to play the game without so many bugs. My mods have been uninstalled and reinstalled and there's no issue with those. I need this fixed, or I can't play Sims anymore and I'm trying to play a legacy with an apartment building.

    @megabytespermin To be sure, you did test WITHOUT any mods/cc at all ?

    Or did you just remove them and then put them back without testing on vanilla ?

    Could you please also elaborate a bit what happens when you try to go to class ?

    @megabytespermin 

    Where do the sims live?  If they live in a dorm, check the entrance at the bottom of the building for a bicycle or other object blocking the route out of the building.  That has happened before for a number of players.

    Bicycles can also block the spawn points to the classroom buildings too.
