Odd jobs - critical failure

Hi there

I have a sim that I am getting her to do odd jobs via the computer. When it is selected and then comes to the time, many times she does not go to the job and it just cancel saying Critical Failure and dropping my down my star rating - there is no reason for this to happen that I can see as she has the right skill level (if there is a need for this). 

Can anyone explain this to me please as I am so confused.

Unfortunately I cannot seem to attach any file to this post as it wont accept either word or pdf and the screen shots using c in the game do not take shots of the notification panel.

I have no custom content and am playing on PC
