sims game freezes at the exact same time

my sims game has been freezing at the exact same time every time, 4:03AM, on the second day of winter. i tried taking out my mods and that didn’t fix it, i cleared my cache and repaired my game and nothing works. it’s only one save file, but i’ve been playing it for a couple weeks now so i don’t want to restart. my other saves are perfectly fine. whenever it hits 4:03AM, the game freezes, i can’t save, close the game, or travel. i can’t switch sims, i can’t pause the game or speed up time, and i can’t click on any objects. i don’t know what happened so any help would be appreciated :( thank u!
