Sims Lips Don't Touch When Kissing

Hello!! With different households, my Sims kiss, but their lips don't touch (as if they're leaning in for a kiss or they're kissing the air). With some households, the lips touch, with others they don't, or the gap between the lips changes. I first noticed this issue while posing my Sims during a photoshoot.

I've done:

• 50/50ing
• Repairing the game via Steam (I have the Digital Deluxe Edition through Steam, which I launch my game from)
• Testing out my presets
• Trying different body types
• Adjusting lip sizes
• Deleting localthumbcache.package and localsimtexturecache.package
• Having my sims kiss random townies (which "fixes" it, but there's still a gap on my sim's side
