Sims not being able to put out fires

My sim isnt able to put out a fire, even though she discovered it, the fire was caused by the campfire from Outdoor Retreat, I have her on a Micro Home lot, please help, this is the 2nd time it has happened, I don't have any Mods/CC.

    @daddynadz In my game the problem appears somehow to be tied to specific lot types. I am able to use them just fine on "Generic" lots and in the common areas in Granite Falls, but if I use them on "Residential" or "Rental" lots then I have problems with accidental fires. Are you generally able to use them on Residential lots with no problems?

     I don't know about normal Residental, but on a Tiny Home Residental, it doesn't work (mirco home)
