My Sims have just been popping up out of bed, cancelling all of the preselected actions. They literally glitch out of the bed, and the bed still has an indent like the sim is still in the bed. Help! Even my baby glitched out of her crib.
Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

Is this happening with other sims households in your game?
If it is happening with all the households in your game, try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
