Since the update, on my ranch I lock doors and gates and the horses are walking thru and straight thru fences and walls. Then they get stuck on the outskirts/perimeter of property and Sims when given commands (ignore commands for bathroom or sleep) just stand there and stare into oblivion for a loooooong time.

For the sims, please test on a different lot, either a currently-blank one or a default EA-made build, nothing from the Gallery or your own library. You don't have to save your progress.
Please test with your Mods folder removed if there's anything in there other than Resource.cfg.
