Sims still not working properly

Since the update on 23/07/24, the female sims in my household (Adult and teens) will not hold their queue or preform any actions. Male sims are working normally. I have tried the "resetSim" cheat to reset, but it hasn't worked once. I have updated Sims today (25/07/24) with the new patch update, but all it fixed was the teens Simology panel. I don't use mods or cc. I am at a complete loss at what to try next. I was going to buy the new expansion pack, but I can't even play at the moment due to this issue. I love The Sims, but this is really disappointing.
