Cannot play in some plots. Get stuck or kicked out

There are some plots in my game that show "incomplete". When I visit them, the game crashes or I get kicked out. I've tried many things but it doesn't work. Other plots work fine, my computer is running fine so it's definitely a game bug.

Has anyone else encountered this bug in the game?
